We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role will manage regional marketing programs for our Partner channel to align with our corporate growth strategy.
Your tasks
  • Support the Marketing Director in defining, creating, and executing a regional marketing plan for North America focused on driving growth through our partner channel
  • Drive the development of an annual comprehensive marketing plan with strategic/top-tier partners, while aligning with corporate growth and revenue objectives across multiple dimensions including partner awareness, partner enablement, partner demand generation, and partner GTM readiness
  • Collaborate across the global marketing organization, particularly product marketing, and demand generation, as well as with the sales teams to create campaigns, content, and partner kits to empower our channel to generate demand
  • Establish repeatable partner marketing services and campaigns, leveraging vendors and industry best practices to scale coverage
  • Create programs to onboard and engage with partners to drive end customer demand
  • Where relevant, identify and evangelize opportunities for strategic/top-tier partners to participate in thought-leadership, brand building, and demand generation programs and initiatives.
  • Set the partner marketing targets for your programs, in alignment with the overall Marketing and GTM goals/targets for the existing partner segment. Track and report progress on key metrics, including regular readouts on the performance of partner marketing programs
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teammates to drive strategic marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of marketing strategy and execution - including the interplay of digital and offline channels to drive engagement - and enabling technologies.
  • Develop a deep understanding of DocuWare’s industry, audience and personas and use that knowledge to continually fine-tune audience identification/segmentation
  • Manage partner events and conferences with a focus on spend effectiveness
Your background
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 4+ years of experience in field, regional and digital marketing. Channel marketing experience a strong plus
  • A knowledge of integrated marketing strategy, campaign management, and messaging/copy development with functional experience in marketing communications 
  • Adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines 
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing technologies and industry best practices
  • Experience within the technology industry is preferred
  • Experience working with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms, as well as with CRM platforms such as Dynamics
  • Excellent English language skills
