As our Sales Development Team Lead (m/f/d) you will be responsible for building a pipeline of Sales Qualified Leads for our DocuWare Enterprise Content Management Software through collaboration with both Sales and Demand Generation. Your tasks
  • Guide, coach and increase the performance of a multinational team to deliver initial meetings and Sales Qualified Leads that turn into Opportunities for our Sales teams
  • Provide hands-on coaching and training to the team (prospecting, emailing, cold calling, social media usage and follow ups)
  • Create and use  reports, analyze performance data, and make recommendations to management to help guide the strategic direction of the team
  • Monitor, evaluate and check in continuously with the team regarding KPIs and adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Identify ways to streamline workflow, improve process or procedures, and present plans for input and approval
  • Provide timely, accurate, and constructive written and oral communications to the direct manager regarding monthly activity, including updating CRM, uploading reports, and all other activities as requested

Your background
  • 3+ years of experience in sales prospecting within a high-velocity, transactional B2B Software Solution Selling environment (at best SaaS company) 
  • Proven track record of performance including quota attainment 
  • Ability to communicate convincingly and concisely with both peers, leaders & decision makers 
  • Solid understanding of outreach sequencing strategy 
  • In-depth experience with CRM systems (Hubspot / MS Dynamics a plus) 
  • Excellent planning, organizational and project management skills 
  • Highest level of proficiency in English, German and other languages are a plus  
  • Ability to analyze business processes and to find individual solutions, both internal for the team and external for customers 
  • Ability to lead and to motivate people
