Your Responsibilities
As a Business Process Consultant (m/f/d), you will design, optimize, and implement end-to-end business processes. Working closely with process owners and system stakeholders, you will drive sustainable process improvements and ensure the efficient integration of processes into internal software systems.

- Analyzing existing business processes and identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Leading process improvement and digitalization initiatives by applying innovative methodologies, data-driven insights, and industry best practices.
- Supporting process owners through consulting, training, and ongoing guidance.
- Translating business requirements into process models and ensuring their integration into internal business and automation systems.
- Documenting processes in accordance with recognized standards (e.g., BPMN), maintaining compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 9001), supporting audit preparation, and managing the overall process landscape.
- Monitoring and analyzing process KPIs, identifying root causes of inefficiencies, and implementing targeted improvements.
- Promoting knowledge management and organizational learning through structured process documentation.
- Serving as a key point of contact for cross-functional projects and business process management transformation initiatives.
What you need to succeed
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in process management, consulting, or operational excellence, with expertise in methodologies such as BPMN, Lean, or Six Sigma. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Hands-on experience with business applications, process documentation tools, and digital transformation projects, as well as integrating business processes into IT systems.
- Solid knowledge of quality and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 9001), combined with a strong understanding of efficiency improvement, continuous improvement principles, and stakeholder management.
- A structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style, coupled with the ability to work independently and effectively prioritize multiple projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to operate confidently at the intersection of business and IT.
- An adaptable mindset and a willingness to share knowledge and contribute to team success.
