Your Responsibilities
We’re seeking an entry-level coordinator to support ISO 22301–aligned Business Continuity Management and lead company-wide training and awareness initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and be mentored by BCM and Compliance experts to plan, deliver, and measure programs that keep DocuWare prepared.

- Support the ISO 22301 BCM system: gap/maturity assessments, BIA (RTO/RPO), risk/threat analysis, continuity strategies, and documentation
- Coordinate and document tests, exercises, and simulations; run lessons learned and track corrective actions; coordinate external partners as needed
- Maintain BCM manuals, KPIs, dashboards, and audit-ready evidence; monitor standards/regulations and brief stakeholders
- Own training & awareness: annual roadmap, role-based content (e-learning, microlearning, webinars) and internal communications
- Administer learning/awareness platforms (LMS, SharePoint/Confluence); manage assignments and support users; report engagement to management
What you need to succeed
- Recent Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Risk Management, or related field
- Foundational BCM and ISO 22301 knowledge (e.g., BIA, RTO/RPO, PDCA) via coursework, projects, or internships
- Strong analytical, research, and documentation skills; able to translate complex topics into clear, actionable content
- Excellent communication skills in English; German a plus; organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools; basic data visualization; LMS familiarity and basic information security/risk knowledge preferred
