Your Responsibilities
As the Training Specialist, you will be responsible for enabling our sales team and partners to sell, demo and configure the DocuWare solution for our customers.

This is a weekly hybrid role out of our Beacon, NY office. Oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish are required.
  • Manage and conduct training for Sales and Partners.
  • Determine training content, methodology and didactics.
  • Create, update and further develop training concepts based on specific needs as well as standard needs - including outlining the respective module content.
  • Create and further develop training materials (e.g. training documents, eLearning, exams, certifications).
  • Enable other trainers on specific trainings developed.
  • Collaborate and closely align with Sales, Partners and other departments on the creation of training concepts.
  • Support in creating and maintaining product demos for Sales and Partners.
  • Provide subject-matter expertise to Sales and Partners at relevant meetings and events.
What you need to succeed
  • Oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, engineering or business administration or equivalent experience.
  • Adapt to different learning techniques and skill levels to maximize understanding of our solutions.
  • 2+ years in training and/or technical support preferred.
  • Application skills, including Microsoft Office and other collaboration / CRM solution.
  • Savvy in using modern presentation tools live and remote in online meetings.
  • Ability to understand the customer buying journey for creating and deliver sales trainings including sales methods such as SPIN.
  • Ability to understand business process and translate into system-based workflows though scripting.
  • Ability to understand complex software solutions for implementation and configuration.
  • Previous experience with DocuWare or Document Management solutions a plus.
  • Oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as part of a global team.
  • Strong communication, networking and interpersonal skills.
What we can offer
  • The pay range is between $63,000 to $70,000 depending on experience.
  • This is a salary position with a standard 40 hours work week, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm EST.
