Your Responsibilities
The Sales and Partner Manager UK (m/f/d) will be responsible for promoting sales of DocuWare Enterprise Content Management Software through Authorized DocuWare Partners (resellers) in UK (London Greater Area), in order to generate revenue for the company. The position utilizes the solution selling approach and Spin methodology and is responsible for promoting the use of these techniques within the channel in the named regions.
Your Responsibilities- You meet or exceed the budgeted sales and gross profit quotas, as determined during goal-setting meetings and provided by management.
- You develop business opportunities through the channel of ADPs (Authorized DocuWare Partners), including developing and implementing marketing plans, and working with Sales Staff and Professional Services personnel to identify new business opportunities and to increase sales each year.
- You work closely with Partners to qualify prospects and evaluate their needs from pre-sales consulting to closing, especially by teaching them how to close at every step of the sale.
- You conduct sales workshops to educate the dealer channel, as well as end-user seminars and presentations to close business.
- You maintain, analyze, and utilize territory records and other information in order to efficiently organize, plan, execute, and measure results.
- You report directly to the Senior Sales Director.
- You provide timely, accurate, and constructive written and oral communications to management concerning monthly activity, including updating the CRM, uploading reports, and performing any other activities as requested by management.
- This position consists of approximately 70% sales and 30% technical responsibilities.
