Your Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting a Team Leader Marketing – Region West & South.
If you are an experienced, hands-on SaaS B2B marketer eager to take ownership of regional marketing activities across France, Spain, and Italy, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and execute marketing initiatives for Europe West & South in alignment with DocuWare’s global and corporate marketing strategy for both direct and channel business.
Strengthen the DocuWare brand, drive demand generation, and support sales and channel partners in achieving revenue targets.
Oversee and execute regional demand generation and channel marketing activities.
Continuously optimize programs and campaigns to maximize performance and impact.
Lead market development efforts by identifying new opportunities and shaping strategies to improve campaign success.
Localize global content, assets, and campaigns or develop regional materials for all funnel stages to enhance visibility throughout the customer journey.
Orchestrate all online and offline communication channels to ensure strong reach and engagement across the funnel.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared marketing objectives.

Leadership Responsibilities

Lead, support, and develop the Marketing team for Europe West & South.
Mentor and coach current and future team members, providing clear guidance and hands-on leadership.
Monitor and report on team performance and regional marketing results.

What you need to succeed

Profound experience in B2B marketing, ideally in software or other complex industries.
Several years of experience in IT channel business.
Hands-on experience with webinars, content/asset creation, and online marketing.
Strong campaign and project management skills.
Preferred tool knowledge: Jira, HubSpot, SEMrush, MS Dynamics, Power BI.
Initial leadership experience and a coaching mindset.
Goal- and KPI-driven, with a hands-on and problem-solving mindset.
Resilient and able to prioritize effectively.
A positive, collaborative team player.
