Your Responsibilities
As a Machine Learning Engineer (m/f/d), you play a vital role in pushing the capabilities of our intelligent document processing technology. You leverage 15 petaflops of compute power to drive your innovations. You stay on the cutting edge by following the latest research trends and never have to worry about data limitations with our massive, high-quality datasets.
Your main tasks are:
- You bridge the gap between software engineering and machine learning by building scalable data pipelines for embedding generation, vector search, and context retrieval.
- You train, fine-tune, and evaluate neural networks, specifically embedding models and generative models, to improve our semantic document understanding capabilities.
- You stay updated with the latest trends in Generative AI and apply them to build robust, production-grade retrieval and generation systems.
- You work as part of a cross-functional team to drive the development of new features and products, from concept to deployment.
