As a UX designer (m/f/d) - Mobile Focus, you will join a growing team of specialist designers and researchers, who play a crucial role in shaping our product through active collaboration with Product management, UX, and Development teams. 
 
You can expect to be embedded in one of the product areas with multiple development teams and own the native mobile design of our companion app. You will be required to consult stakeholders and teams to ensure a consistent experience across all user touchpoints and platforms.  
 
Your responsibilities will include: 

• Contribution to the strategic direction and roadmap for the Mobile team.
• Collaboration with various stakeholders during all stages of the product delivery process.
• Support discovery and definition of problems as well as drive conceptualization and evaluation of ideas.
• Empathic translation of ideas into fully functional, lovable designs.
• Contribute to our developing Design system and achieving WCAG 2.2 compliance specifically through understanding it through the lens of native mobile platforms.

• A portfolio showcasing your work.
• You have several years of solid work experience in UX/UI/Product design on iOS and Android. Web is a plus. 
• You are proactive, goal-oriented, and have a collaborative attitude towards work.
• You can switch between consultant and embedded design approach.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions.
• You enjoy mentoring and creating micro-education moments that support peers from different disciplines to empathise with users and the design practice itself.
• You have experience working on B2B software; SAAS is a plus.
• Full workin gproficienc yin English; German and other languages are a plus.
