Your Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Channel Sales Manager to join DocuWare. The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key channel partners to drive sales and increase market share.
For this position, you will need to live in Texas, Louisiana, Florida, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennesse, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin or Illinois. - Identify and recruit new channel partners in coordination with Regional Sales Directors
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and resellers
- Collaborate with partners to create joint go-to-market strategies
- Monitor channel partner performance and provide coaching and support as needed
- Develop and execute channel partner sales training programs
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company's products and services
- Work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to ensure that channel partners have the necessary resources and support to succeed
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and other performance metrics
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong technical aptitude
- Judgement and decision-making skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong ability to meet deadlines
