Your Responsibilities
We are seeking a Channel Sales Manager to grow DocuWare’s market share by developing and managing strong relationships with channel partners and resellers within LATAM. This role is responsible for recruiting new partners, supporting partner success through training and strategy, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

For this position, you will need to live within Mexico City, Mexico.
  • Identify and recruit new channel partners in coordination with Regional Sales Directors
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and resellers
  • Collaborate with partners to create joint go-to-market strategies
  • Monitor channel partner performance and provide coaching and support as needed
  • Develop and execute channel partner sales training programs
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company's products and services
  • Work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to ensure that channel partners have the necessary resources and support to succeed
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and other performance metrics
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Judgement and decision-making skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong ability to meet deadlines
What you need to succeed
  • Ability to travel four weeks a year to the United States for Quarterly Briefings and DocuWorld
  • Verbal and written fluency in English and Spanish is required
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 2+ years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the software industry
  • Proven track record of success in developing and managing channel partnerships
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with sales training and enablement programs
