Your Responsibilities
We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to play a key role in executing and optimizing integrated marketing programs that fuel both partner channel success and direct demand generation. In this position, you’ll support our growth strategy by planning, launching, and measuring multi-channel campaigns—with a strong emphasis on webinars, events, and lead generation activities aimed at partners and prospective customers. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Channel teams to ensure campaign effectiveness, build brand awareness, and drive measurable business results.

This is a hybrid work schedule with two days a week required in our Beacon, NY office. 

  • Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns—email, digital, and offline—to drive awareness and demand.
  • Create compelling marketing assets and partner kits in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Track, nurture, and optimize leads in partnership with sales and marketing.
  • Coordinate webinars and events, including content, logistics, and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to enhance program results.
What you need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in marketing, with experience in both channel and direct demand generation
  • Hands-on experience managing events and webinars
  • Proficient with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics)
  • Background in hardware/software or SaaS is a plus
  • Strong project management, organization, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative, proactive, and analytical team player
What we can offer
  • Salary for this role ranges from $55,000 to $70,000 annually, based on your experience.
  • Standard 40 hours work week, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm EST.
