Your Responsibilities
The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for the general support of sales operations, predominantly focused on preparing orders in a timely and optimal manner for processing, as well as coordination of activities and data within the CRM system. Data verification and maintenance as well as the entry of leads and opportunities, as needed, in the CRM system.

This is a hybrid role with two days a week in our Beacon, NY office. 
  • Order verification and preparation for North, Central and South America.
  • Verify accuracy of product information and pricing according to published price structures and customer contract agreement.
  • Check credit limits.
  • Ensure all associated supporting documentation is provided.
  • Provide status update on open orders to sales.
  • Approve orders for processing.
  • Lead verification and registration in the CRM system as needed, as well as the related communication with the sales partners.
  • Other duties as required.
What you need to succeed
  • 3+ years' experience in CRM system Microsoft Dynamics 365 required (at other relevant CRM systems such as Salesforce).
  • Advanced excel skillset is required with 3+ years of usage in a business setting.
  • High service orientation; team player, flexibility and commitment during peak periods (calendar, fiscal, month end).
  • Extremely detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects in parallel (multitasking).
  • Excellent skillset in customer service with direct customer and partners.
  • Ability to perform frequently recurring activities with consistent conscientiousness.
  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Possess excellent verbal/presentation and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office products in particular Excel.

  • Competitive salary, $26 to $30 per hour depending on experience. 
  • Standard 40 hours work week, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
