Your Responsibilities
The Regional Sales Director promotes sales of DocuWare Integrated Document Management Software through Authorized DocuWare Partners (ADPs aka resellers) in the designated LATAM region of Mexico and Central America to generate revenue for the company. The RSD is responsible for territory channel development and sales.  Position utilizes the solution selling approach and will promote the use of these techniques within the channel. This is an individual contributor role. 

For this position, you will need to live in Mexico City, Mexico. 
  • Meet or exceed budgeted sales and gross profit quotas as determined during goal setting meetings and by management.
  • Develop business opportunities through channel of ADPs, including developing and implementing Marketing Plans, and working with Sales Staff and Professional Services personnel to identify new business opportunities and to increase sales each year.
  • Conduct Sales and Technical workshops to educate dealer channel, as well as end-user seminars and presentations to close business.
  • Work closely with ADPs to qualify prospects and evaluate their needs from pre-sales consulting to closing.
  • Maintain, analyze and utilize territory records and other information to efficiently organize, plan, execute and measure results. 
  • Provide timely, accurate, and constructive written and oral communications to management regarding monthly activity. 
  • Includes updating CRM, uploading reports, and all other activities as requested by management.
  • Other duties as required.
What you need to succeed
  • Must be bilingual or fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Four-year college degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of successful sales experience with document management/document imaging software, consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Ability to travel three weeks a year to our Beacon, NY office for Quarterly Briefings.
  • Ability to travel one week a year to our DoucWorld event (locations vary in US).
  • Possess excellent verbal/presentation and written communication skills.
  • Possess above average computer skills and ability to competently demonstrate software functionality.
  • Ability to analyze business processes and to find individual solutions.
  • Ability to lead and to motivate people.
  • Travel within territory is required.
What we can offer
  • $80,000 base plus commission, no cap on compensation however OTE is expected range of $125,000 to $175,000.
