Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Director Portfolio Marketing to join our team and drive our marketing efforts to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• You develop Strategic Narratives, Messaging, and Positioning:
  • Craft and optimize positioning and messaging across various dimensions 
  • Empower sales and channel teams, support successful product launches, guide the marketing function in deployment through all market-facing touchpoints 
• You provide Market Intelligence to stakeholders within DocuWare:
  • Manage industry analyst relationships together with marketing and product leadership.
  • Conduct primary and secondary industry research.
  • Inform leadership about key industry development, market opportunities and market sizing.
• You are in charge of Customer Journey Design:
  • Design and maintain an end-to-end customer journey for ideal customers and buyer personas in collaboration with sales and marketing leadership.
  • Guide the go-to-market team on acquisition, activation, and expansion strategies using this journey.
• You build an ally with Product Management:
  • Support product management in defining product and solution requirements.
  • Drive an end-to-end go-to-market strategy for our offerings across all customer-facing departments.
• You coach, educate and advocate:
  • Leadership for the Portfolio Marketing Team
  • Close collaboration with other Marketing leaders

• Enable Sales and Channel Partners to connecting customer use cases to our products and solutions.

What you need to succeed

• You are holding a degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• You have extensive experience in product / solution marketing in the technology industry (SaaS preferred). 
• You´ve several years of experience in Leadership positions in a similar field. 
• Running product / solution marketing on a global level was already part of your former employments.
• You are familiar with analyzing data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable strategies.
• You possess excellent communication skills, always making a concentrated effort to speak the customer's language.
• You can adapt quickly to market trends by evaluating opportunities and proactively contribute to the company’s business goals.
• Managing stakeholders across departments to achieve shared goals is a clear strength of yours.
• You possess fluent oral and written communication skills in English. German and other languages a plus.
