We are seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director (RSD) to join DocuWare. The RSD (m/f/d) will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key channel partners to drive sales and increase market share in France. 
Your responsibilities will include: 
  • You identify and recruit new channel partners in coordination with other Regional Sales Directors and Channel Managers.
  • You develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and resellers.
  • You collaborate with partners to create joint go-to-market strategies.
  • You monitor channel partner performance and provide coaching and support as needed.
  • You develop and execute channel partner sales training programs.
  • You attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company's products and services.
  • You work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to ensure that channel partners have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
  • You are expected to meet or exceed sales quotas and other performance metrics.
  • Your role requires travelling on site to partners and customers 
  • Your strong technical aptitude is valuable.
  • You are responsible for exercising judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Your excellent time management skills are essential.
  • You have a strong ability to meet deadlines.
What you need to succeed
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 
  • You bring several years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the software industry. 
  • You bring an ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. 
  • You have a strong technical aptitude. 
  • You bring brilliant judgement and decision-making skills. 
  • You have excellent time management skills. 
  • You have a strong ability to meet deadlines. 
  • You have a proven track record of success in developing and managing channel partnerships. 
  • You bring the flexibility and willingness to travel frequently within France.
  • You have experience with sales training and enablement programs. 
  • You have excellent French and English communication skills.
