Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Service Designer (m/f/d) you will collaborate cross-functionally to define and deliver successful user experiences, identifying opportunities to streamline operations, and play a crucial role in modernising and simplifying our customer experience.

You can expect to work collaboratively with other designers, but also cross-team and cross-platform with other stakeholders to ensure consistent experience across all user touchpoints.
  • Lead service design projects, including user research, journey mapping, and prototyping.
  • Develop and communicate service blueprints that optimize and connect customer touchpoints across the product lifecycle.
  • Analyze customer insights and product data to iterate and continuously improve end-to-end experiences for a variety of business areas.
  • Provide mentoring and support to our younger designers and help them grow.
What you need to succeed
  • You already have several years of product or service design experience, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment leveraging user research, journey mapping, and service blueprinting.
  • Strong visual communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate and present complex ideas.
  • Proven record of accomplishment in designing and implementing scalable, user-centric service solutions.
  • You have a proactive, goal-oriented, collaborative attitude towards work.
  • Your strengths include excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions.
  • Business fluent English, additional languages such as German, French, Spanish is a plus.
