Your Responsibilities
As a Strategic Business Development Manager (SBDM), you will be responsible for identifying and driving growth opportunities beyond the company’s core product offerings in the B2B market. This role focuses on exploring new industries, product lines, and services that align with the company’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market analysis, competitive research, and business strategy, with a focus on identifying opportunities that enable the company to expand its product portfolio and enter adjacent markets.

  • B2B Market and Industry Analysis (worldwide).

What you need to succeed
  • You have a completed degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field – an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • You possess extensive experience and a proven track record in relationship building, expansion strategy, and M&A projects.
  • You have extensive experience in business development and strategic planning, with a focus on product expansion or diversification.
  • You bring a proven track record of identifying and executing expansion opportunities beyond core offerings.
  • You possess a strong understanding of market research methodologies and business modeling, with experience in B2B product development/launches.
  • You have excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • You are proficient in using CRM tools, market analysis software, and financial modeling techniques.
  • You are fluent in English – German skills are a plus.
  • You are willing to travel extensively.
