Your Responsibilities
As the Team Lead Product Operations, you will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency and excellence within the Product Management organization. You will lead a team responsible for optimizing product development workflows, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams, and enabling the product management team to execute with maximum impact. You will lead a team focused on optimizing workflows and information systems, ensuring clear communication across teams. Your responsibilities will include: ​
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals, helping them grow and excel in their roles. 
  • Develop,implement, and continuously improve best-in-class processes and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the product organization. 
  • Ensure alignment between product management, engineering, UX, Engineering Operations, and Cloud Operations teams by managing timelines, tracking progress on product development and release milestones, aligning product development and release workflows, and facilitating clear communication frameworks to ensure seamless integration and operational synergy between the different product teams and disciplines. 
  • Drive operational excellence by identifying root causes and designing solutions to challengesin the product development lifecycle and recommending improvements to increase speed and collaboration. 
  • Oversee the administration, configuration, and optimization of product management tools (e.g. Aha!, Figma, Confluence, Power BI, Document360, Crowdin) and ensure they are optimally configured and utilized. 
  • Lead the strategy and oversight of the internal information management systems and customer-facing product documentation, ensuring both are well-organized, easily accessible, and consistently high-quality.
  • Monitor key product metrics and KPIs, translating data into actionable insights to leadership and product teams to drive customer-focused data-informed decision-making. 
  • Champion a data-driven approach to product management by ensuring teams have access to the right information to inform their decisions as well as training on data tools, promoting best practices for proper usage of data tools and processes. -
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to identify areas for operational enhancements and leading initiatives to implement those improvements.
What you need to succeed
  • Strong experience in product operations, program management, or a related role within a technology-driven environment. 
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing teams. 
  • Extensive experience collaborating with Engineering Operations and Cloud Operations teams, with a solid understanding of cross-functional workflows. 
  • Expertise in managing information systems, especially Confluence and Document360 or similar tools used for internal and external knowledge sharing and documentation. 
  • Deep understanding of product development processes and methodologies. 
  • Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Aha!, Figma, Confluence, Document360, Power BI) and expertise in optimizing their use. 
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders. 
  • Empathy for user problems and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to derive actionable insights from product metrics and KPIs. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, identify operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have a fluent command of the English language; German is an advantage.
