Your Responsibilities
As a “Business Applications Operations Engineer (m/f/d),” you are primarily responsible for providing second-level support for our CRM/ERP landscape by addressing and resolving complex technical issues escalated from first-level support. This includes analyzing and diagnosing issues reported by the system or users to identify root causes, and either applying configuration changes to resolve them or delegating to the development team for product modifications.

  • Technical Support: Provide support for Microsoft Dynamics and related services.
  • Issue Diagnosis: Analyze and diagnose problems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with first-level support, development team, and other stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of support activities, solutions, and best practices.
  • Training: Assist in training first-level support staff and end-users on Microsoft Dynamics functionalities and troubleshooting techniques.
  • System Maintenance: Perform regular system checks, updates, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance of Microsoft Dynamics applications.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring user satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with users.
What you need to succeed
  • Founded experience in technical support with focused responsibilities of
    Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics (e.g., Dynamics 365), SQL, and related technologies.
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and
    creatively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain
    technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Fluent, both orally and written in English language.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various
    stakeholders.
