Your Responsibilities
As Sales Development Representative (SDR) (m/f/d) your task is to provide fast and enthusiastic, first-touch contact for prospects who have shown interest in DocuWare products with the goal to create a sales opportunity. As an SDR you also support in data cleansing and alignment and routing for new inquiries to ensure a timely follow up by the responsible team within DocuWare.
  • Your responsibility is the field inbound demand (over phone and/or email) for scored leads, demo requests, or those who have expressed desire to speak with DocuWare sales.
  • You qualify the lead's integrity and interest, schedule meetings with appropriate sales channels or route to marketing nurture channel.
  • You proactively reach out to all marketing leads who have self-qualified through cumulative, scored activities.
  • Also, you update HubSpot and CRM - maintain clean, accurate records according to team best practices to aid in reporting.
  • You collaborate with regional marketing and sales to understand the impact of work and improve qualification tactics.
  • In Addition, you collaborate with marketing writers and leadership to provide real-world feedback on messaging and product positioning - help shaping our big-picture go-to-market strategy.
  • You contribute to weekly and monthly reporting as necessary.
  • Furthermore, you are responsible for traffic Control new incoming leads against existing customer, partner database.
  • You have a great understanding for prospects pain points and aligning them with DocuWare Technology.
What you need to succeed
  • You have already gained first practical experience in Customer Service, Sales/Business Development or in Call Centers.
  • You are proactive and enjoy direct contact with the customer.
  • Because of your analytical abilities you can understand the customer’s need very fast.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM would be advantages.
  • You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English, with proficiency in other languages being an added advantage.
