As a Sales Development Representative (m/f/d) you will be the first touchpoint for prospects within DocuWare and deliver high-quality, fast and enthusiastic information while qualifying the lead's integrity and interest.
Your Responsibilities
  • Field all inbound inquiries (over phone and/or email) for product demo requests, or those who have expressed desire to speak with DocuWare sales.
  • Qualify the lead's integrity and interest, schedule meetings with appropriate sales channels or route to marketing nurture channel. 
  • Proactively reach out to all marketing leads who have self-qualified through cumulative, scored activities.
  • Update HubSpot and CRM - maintain clean, accurate records according to team best practices to aid in reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing demand generation and sales to understand the impact of work and improve qualification tactics.
  • Collaborate with marketing writers and leadership to provide real-world feedback on messaging and product positioning - help shaping our big-picture go-to-market strategy.
  • Contribute to weekly and monthly reporting as necessary.
  • Traffic Control new incoming leads against existing customer, partner database.
  • Understanding prospects pain points and aligning them with DocuWare Technology.
What you need to succeed
  • You have already gained first practical experience in Customer Service or in a similar position.
  • You are proactive and enjoy direct contact with the customer.
  • Because of your analytical abilities you are able to understand the customer’s need very fast.
  • You are very communicative and in addition to English you are fluent in Spanish. 
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM would be advantages.

  • Pay range between $24.04/hr and $29.38/hr
