Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales management in Latin America, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams. In addition, fluency in English and Spanish is required. Additional fluency in Portuguese is not required but is preferred.
Your Responsibilities
As the Senior Sales Director for our LATAM region you will be responsible for:
  • Providing strategic leadership and vision to our sales team, with the goal of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets within the region.
  • Leading Regional Sales Directors to set sales targets, monitor sales performance, and develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Developing strong relationships with our channel partners, identifying new business opportunities and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Working closely with the president and other members of the executive team to develop and execute sales strategies that support the overall business objectives.
  • Leading some direct sales efforts, developing strong relationships with key accounts and initiating sales processes.
  • Managing a territory and performing as a “player coach” in order to gain a mastery of the business and set the example for excellence in the region.
  • Ensuring sales processes follow compliance and regulatory standards and make necessary adjustments to achieve this.
What you need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales management or sales leadership roles within Latin America.
  • Must be comfortable with 50-75% of time spent in travel. 
  • Proven track record of successfully managing high-performing teams and achieving sales targets in a complex and competitive market.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build strong relationships with channel partners and key accounts in a multicultural environment.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory, fluency in Portuguese is a plus.
What we can offer
  • Expected OTE for this region is $250,000. OTE is $150,000 base plus commission payments if targets are met.
