As a Senior UX/Product Designer (m/f/d), you will play a crucial role in shaping our product through active collaboration with Product management, UX, and Development teams.

You can expect to be embedded in one of the product areas with multiple development teams, own a part of the product, and collaborate on our Design system. You will also consult stakeholders and teams to ensure a consistent experience across all user touchpoints.
 
Your responsibilities will include:

• You will contribute to the strategic direction of a product area and influence the roadmap for that area. 
• Furthermore, you will collaborate with various stakeholders during all stages of the product delivery process.
• You will support the discovery and definition of problems.
• You will drive conceptualization and evaluation of ideas. 
• You will empathically translate ideas into fully functional, lovable designs.
• You will contribute to our developing Design system. 
• You will help level-up other designers by teaching and mentoring.
• Additionally, you will drive and support initiatives across the organization to increase UX maturity.

• You have extensive experience in Product design.
• You have a proactive, goal-oriented, collaborative attitude towards work.
• The ability to switch between consultant and embedded design approach enriches your profile.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions.
• You are open to share your portfolio to present your work.
• You have experience working on B2B software, SAAS is a plus 
• Your profile is rounded off with full working proficiency in English, German and other languages are a plus.
