Your Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Channel Manager (m/f/d) to join DocuWare.In this position you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key channel partners to drive sales and increase market share in France.  

Your responsibilities will include:  
  • You identify and recruit new channel partners in coordination with Regional Sales Directors. 
  • You develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and resellers. 
  • You collaborate with partners to create joint go-to-market strategies. 
  • You monitor channel partner performance and provide coaching and support as needed. 
  • You develop and execute channel partner sales training programs. 
  • You attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company's products and services. 
  • You work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to ensure that channel partners have the necessary resources and support to succeed. 
  • You are expected to meet or exceed sales quotas and other performance metrics. 
What you need to succeed
  • You bring 2+ years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the software industry and a proven track record of success in developing and managing channel partnerships.  
  • You bring an ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.  
  • You have excellent time management skills and a strong ability to meet deadlines.  
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.  
  • You have experience with sales training and enablement programs.  
  • You have excellent French and English communication skills. 
  • You bring brilliant judgement and decision-making skills. 
  • You have a strong technical aptitude.
